Hello, Lasso the Moon readers! Anna here. At my house, we cannot get enough of dress-ups for our kids. The funnier, or more-handmade-looking they are, the better. Whether it's for every-day disguises, or that big dress-up night in October, we love it!
This October, I am spending the entire month bringing you links, tips, and how-tos to help you make your child's costume this year. I have scoured the internet, and am bringing in guest bloggers for the occassion, with some of the best DIY ideas I've ever seen.
But that's not all. I want your ideas too! If you have a blog, you'll have the chance to link up your costumes to my site every Friday with a linky party. Even if you don't have a blog, I'm accepting submissions for costume ideas. Just send your photos, supply lists, and a brief tutorial for your costume idea to: [email protected] . If I use your tutorial, you will get full credit for your designs, and the chance to link to your blog or etsy shop. Other ideas for submissions are: dress up storage and maintenance, mommy-and-me costumes, group theme costumes. Please keep all submissions family friendly and child-oriented.
