I uploaded my logo to picmonkey.com so that I could play around with some flyer ideas for the marketplace. I use that website for all of my graphic design. It's free, easy, and is always getting even better.
Since this marketplace is in its experimental stages, we are trying to keep overhead costs super-low, so we are relying on free, almost-free, and word-of mouth for our advertising. I made a flyer that can be downloaded by anyone, printed out, and taped up all over town.

If you'd like to print up some of your own, please do! I'll give a prize to the person who sends me the best pic of a Gathered flyer posted around town. Get permission or don't--it's up to you. The library, craft stores, restaurants, the side of your car, movie theater bathroom stalls, drop them out of a plane, whatever! Let this be an exercise in guerrilla marketing. Of course, if you don't have a printer, you can always just share it via facebook or email. That works, too.
