i met a friend for lunch the other day.
there is a new restaurant in town that we've been dying to try.
we looked over the menu.
"what are you having?"
hmm. everything looks so good.
"I think I'll have the soop."
"with carit juice to drink."
these indie restaurants are so hip with their artsy menus.
the staff was friendly--took our order right away.
and served within minutes.
the portions were huge.
my friend was worried she wouldn't be able to finish.
so she sent it back for something else.
we were afraid we'd caused too much hassle, but they were so nice!
we'll definitely be going back!
